As such, fan engagement and interaction was key to this campaign. Our tactics included Facebook promotions, Facebook ads, online contests, exclusive “Harley Club” sign-ups and rich content that captured organic views.
During the first six months, Visalia Harley-Davidson’s Facebook page grew from 749 “likes” to more than 3,000 active users. Within the first week, the “Harley Club” received more than 50 sign-ups, which means more than 50 solid leads for Visalia Harley-Davidson’s sales team to pursue. The content has received 345,000 active user impressions and the fan base continues to grow.
